The immediate role is for an office administrator but that it not our end goal for the right candidate. If you have what it takes we'll give you the qualifications you need to become a technical support (paraplanner), and onto a Financial Adviser if you possess the right skills.
Things are moving quickly at Slone Capital and we are keen to appoint talent to help with our ever-growing workload.
We are a new (ish) start-up boutique financial advice firm focusing on private client and employee benefit advice in London's Square mile.
You'll be based in great working space in St Pauls in a relaxed, informal environment.
Initially we are eager to speak to enthusiastic individuals who would like to work with us to help us build our business. More than anything we are really interested in positive people who want to grow with our business and become a part of our industry.
We are a new, rapidly growing compnay and as such the role will be varied. On any given day you'll find yourself:
Processing business and keeping our case pipeline moving
Handling client enquiries & account management
Helping us with the on-going administration of the business
Taking an active role in helping us continue to develop our brand and processes.
As a minimum you must have:
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent English and Maths
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- The desire to develop within the role and the business
- A warm smile and a strong handshake
- Be able to prove to us that you are here for a career rather than a job.
In return, we have ambitious development plans and we are only interested in individuals who want to come along for the ride. We will create a solid development plan for you which will include CII qualifications to augment your 'on the job' experience.
There are lots of companies out there that can give you routine and an easy ride. Alternatively, if you'd like something challenging, varied and unique then please get in touch.
